RANZCOG Wellbeing Awards

The College recognises the important work undertaken by individuals supporting and championing the health and wellbeing of their fellow O&G peers.

About RANZCOG Wellbeing Awards

Obstetrics and gynaecology is a highly rewarding career which also entails many emotional and physical demands.

The RANZCOG Wellbeing Awards is part of a range of initiatives aimed to support, acknowledge and encourage all members to champion health and wellbeing in O&G departments, hospitals and the wider medical profession.

The Wellbeing Awards were established in 2021, as part of the rollout of initiatives established by the RANZCOG Wellbeing Working Group. This annual award celebrates the actions and initiatives of individual RANZCOG members that have resulted in improved support and wellbeing within the O&G profession.
