About RANZCOG Organisational Values Awards

The RANZCOG Organisational Values Awards are part of a range of initiatives aimed to acknowledge, encourage and celebrate trainees and members who best exemplify our values.

RANZCOG’s values are:

Advocacy: We are a leading voice for equity, social justice, policy and fairness.

Education: We embrace the opportunity to learn, share knowledge and experience through innovation, discovery and research.

Excellence: We are committed to performance at the highest standard, in our work, training, research and support.

Integrity: We act honestly, ethically and with accountability with everyone, and in everything we do.

Kindness: We act with compassion and care towards ourselves, and one another.

Respect: We expect, and promote, inclusivity, valuing individual rights, beliefs and choices. 


Nomination process

The 2024 RANZCOG Organisational Values Awards nomination period is now open and will close on Friday 31 May 2024 at 5.00pm AEST.

RANZCOG Nominations will be made using Good Grants.

When first submitting your nomination you will be asked to register an account on Good Grants, this will take approximately 4 minutes to complete.

Once you have registered, complete the nomination form, attach any relevant documentation and submit.

Nominations can be made by all RANZCOG Members, hospital administrators, medical practitioners who are not members of RANZCOG, midwives, nurses and RANZCOG Staff members. 

Nominees must be a RANZCOG Member.

Previous winners of the Organisational Values Awards are ineligible for an award for five years.
