The following resources are available to International Medical Graduates who are on the SIMG pathway to Fellowship:

Mentoring Program

All IMGs on the SIMG pathway to Fellowship are invited to participate in the RANZCOG Mentoring Program. This program is currently run on a trial basis, and participation is optional.

The Mentoring Program pairs a SIMG with an appropriate Mentor who is a Fellow of the College. The Mentor's role is to support and assist the SIMG being mentored in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the professional and/or personal growth of the SIMG.

It should be noted that the Mentoring Program is entirely separate from the formal supervision process, and is designed to be a confidential and private professional discussion between the Mentor and the SIMG being mentored.
