Miriam O’Connor Travelling Scholarship
About
The Miriam O’Connor Travelling Scholarship provides funding to assist and encourage Victorian FRANZCOG trainees and Fellows undertake volunteer work or training in specific regions.
Eligibility
The Miriam O’Connor Travelling Scholarship is open to:
FRANZCOG Trainees at Level 3 or above, who have sat and passed the FRANZCOG Written Examination. Applicants must also be part of a Victorian Integrated Training Program (ITP) or reside in Victoria at the time of application
RANZCOG Fellows of less than five (5) years’ standing who reside in Victoria at the time of application
Scholarship funds and tenure
One (1) award of $24,000 to assist recipient costs incurred for flights, accommodation, living allowance
One (1) annual training year as defined by RANZCOG
Minimum of eighteen weeks of volunteering and/or training
