Scholarship awards for First Nations trainees

RANZCOG offers its congratulations to all First Nations trainees who have been named as recipients of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Professional Development Scholarships for 2022/23.

Funded by The Department of Health and Aged Care, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Professional Development Scholarships will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander specialist trainees in obstetrics and gynaecology, prevocational doctors, and medical students who will benefit in attending educational and networking events.

Professional development scholarships to the value of $2,500 were awarded to scholarship recipients to attend either the RANZCOG Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM), Regional Scientific Meeting (RSM) or State/Territory Scientific Meetings (SSMs) over the 2022/2023 period.
