Monash IVF Group Clinician Education Program

The Monash IVF Group Clinician Education Program is a multidisciplinary education series designed to support the ongoing professional development of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists practising in reproductive medicine and fertility care.

The program provides evidence-based education across a range of contemporary topics, including reproductive endocrinology, infertility, genetics, assisted reproductive technologies, fertility preservation, donor conception, surrogacy, and male reproductive health.

Delivered by subject matter experts from across Monash IVF Group, the program aims to enhance participants’ knowledge, clinical reasoning and application of best practice in fertility care. Sessions incorporate a variety of educational approaches, including expert presentations, case-based discussions, critical review of current evidence, interactive question-and-answer sessions, and reflective learning opportunities.

The program supports clinicians to remain current with emerging research, evolving technologies and multidisciplinary approaches to patient care. By promoting evidence-based practice, ethical decision-making and patient-centred care, the program aims to strengthen clinical competence, improve patient outcomes and support continuous professional development in alignment with the educational and professional standards expected of specialists working in women’s health and reproductive medicine.
