The Certificate of Women’s Health (CWH) is centred on office-based obstetrics and gynaecology and involves 3 months of either practice-based or hospital-based training. Trainees learn basic clinical skills in antenatal and postnatal care and are given an introduction to gynaecology.

The RANZCOG Diploma (DRANZCOG) includes the optional foundation of the Certificate of Women’s Health program and and additional modules learned through 6 months to 4 years of practice or hospital based training. Trainees learn skills in obstetrics and gynaecology that will enable them to safely undertake non-complex deliveries and perform basic gynaecological procedures.
