Following ratification by the RANZCOG Board, the following members have been elected onto the RANZCOG Regional Committees & Te Kāhui Oranga ō Nuku for the 2019-21 term:

Casual Vacancy Nominations – Ballot required

 

September 2019–September 2021

Following the close of nominations on Tuesday 17 September, as the number of nominations exceeded the number of vacancies in the following Committees, it was necessary to conduct a ballot in accordance with the Policy and Procedure for the Election of Regional and Te Kāhui Oranga ō Nuku Members.

The Ballot opens at 10.00 AEST Friday 20 September 2019 for:
  • Four (4) New South Wales Regional Committee - Fellow Representatives
  • One (1) Victorian Regional Committee - Provincial Fellow Representative

All financial Fellows residing in the above-mentioned Regions are encouraged to participate in the ongoing elections. Ballot closes on Tuesday 08 October 2019 at 12:00 AEDT.

Following the close of casual vacancy nominations of RANZCOG Regional Committees, casual vacancies are declared for South Australia/ Northern Territory Regional Committee where nominations received were less than the number of vacancies:
 
South Australia/ Northern Territory Regional Committee
  • One (1) Provincial Fellow Representative (can be from SA/NT)
  • One (1) Northern Territory Fellow Representative
Second Call for nominations for casual vacancy elections will be initiated in October 2019 for the above positions:

Second Call for Nominations for Casual Vacancy Close:  12 Noon AEST Tuesday 12 November 2019

RANZCOG CMFM Committee (Casual Vacancy) Elections – Second Call for Nominations

Voting ballot closed

Election Results

On 6 August 2019, a second call for nominations was issued to all financial Subspecialists certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Subspecialty of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG), of the conduct of the casual vacancy election of RANZCOG CMFM Subspecialty Committee, for one (1) member for the remainder of the term of the Eleventh Council to November 2021.
 
Nominations received were in excess of the One (1) position available for member on CMFM Subspecialty Committee. In accordance with the Election of Representatives onto Subspecialty Committees Policy and Procedure a ballot was conducted to determine the elected member.

Following ratification by the RANZCOG Board, the following member has been elected onto the RANZCOG CMFM Subspecialty Committee for the remainder of the term of the Eleventh Council to November 2021.
