The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists is dedicated to the establishment of a high standard of practice in obstetrics and gynaecology and women's health.

Workplace Gender Equality Report

In accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act), on 30 July 2020 The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) lodged its annual public report with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
 
The report comprises two parts:

  • Workplace Profile: our workforce demographics i.e. job role categories, employment type and gender composition. The data in this part of the report is taken from a point in time, chosen between the reporting period of 1 April 2019 and 31 March 2020. Our report has an effective date of 18 February 2020 to be in line with last years’ report. The report does not include data on any staff who commenced after that date or any staff who left before that date.
  • Reporting Questionnaire: our policies and procedures. This data is reported on for the whole reporting period of 1 April 2019 and 31 March 2020.
