The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) joins its obstetrics and gynaecology colleagues at the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) and The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in calling for an immediate end to all hostilities.

We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and all healthcare workers continuing to provide medical assistance in such challenging circumstances.

We join with FIGO in asking that all efforts be made to provide for the safety of all civilians, hospitals, schools, food, and water and sanitation facilities, and that women and girls be assured access to the full spectrum of health and care services.
