RANZCOG Organisational Values

24 February 2020

In late 2019, a College Organisational Values Working Group (OVWG) was established and tasked with developing a unique set of shared values, defined by our common vision, for members, trainees and College staff. The working group is made up of representatives from all areas of the College including Fellows, Trainees, Diplomates, consumer representatives and College staff.
The OVWG have created a shortlist of ten values that are relatable to members, trainees and staff in their personal and professional lives. We now want your help to consider and vote on these values and which of these you feel best describes the principles that underpin our shared vision and goals as a team.
The survey will be sent to you shortly. Please follow the link below and cast your vote for the five values you feel resonate most with you, and that best represent our College.  The top five values, as voted by you, will become the set of new guiding organisational values that will strengthen the relationship between members, trainees and staff in our shared duty, vision and mission of RANZCOG.
