Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Fellows of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists will be conducted as an online meeting.

When: Monday 12 February 2024
Time: 5:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT)
Where: Online via AGMConvene

Attending online

Our EGM will be hosted online with meeting provider AGMConvene, a secure platform where you can find everything you need for the meeting in one place.

Once you register with AGMConvene, from Monday 22 January 2024, you will be able to:

Securely view the Notice of EGM and the proposed changes to the Constitution.

Submit questions in advance (must be submitted by 5pm AEDT Saturday 10 February 2024).

On the day of the EGM:

Watch the live EGM webcast.

All Fellows eligible to vote can participate in the live voting.

Are you a Fellow eligible to vote but cannot attend the EGM?

Nominate a proxy online (must be submitted by 5pm AEDT Saturday 10 February 2024)

Your proxy must be another Fellow

Alternate access

If you are a Fellow who does not wish to use the AGMConvene platform or you cannot attend the live EGM and vote, there is an alternate way to access the documents and nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf (only a Fellow may be appointed as your proxy).

Log into your Integrate profile to view the Notice of EGM, the proposed changes to the Constitution, and download a proxy voting form; you will find the documents under the Resources tab.

If you are using the PDF proxy voting form, please email your completed form to the Secretary at ceo@ranzcog.edu.au by 5pm AEDT Saturday 10 February 2024.
