Books! Explore the Amazing Collection of the Frank Forster Library

26 April 2021

As part of the College’s move to Bowen Crescent, selected books housed in the Frank Forster Library will be relocated to the new premises.
The Frank Forster Library is one of the finest obstetrical and gynaecological collections in the world. It houses an extensive medical history collection of books, journals, pamphlets and prints. Find out more here.
The input and experience of members of the Historical Collections Committee in sorting through the collection in recent weeks and selecting the books to be moved to Bowen Crescent, has been invaluable.
Remaining books
RANZCOG is inviting all Fellows and trainees to take surplus books at College House’s Frank Forster Library at no charge. No limit on the number of books.
This opportunity will be open from Tuesday 27 April until Friday 7 May (not including weekends).
It is essential that any Fellow or trainee wishing to come to College House to explore the book collection MUST let the College know. Please email Helen Hatziladas at [email protected]

* Please note, the College will be checking with donors who have contributed books to the library before they are collected by individuals.
