Notice is hereby given that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Fellows of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists will be conducted as an online meeting on Thursday 10 November 2022 from 4–5pm AEDT.

If you are a RANZCOG member and have not received an email, please contact board@ranzcog.edu.au.

Fellows who are unable to attend online may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. Please note that only a Fellow may be appointed as your proxy.

Attending online

Our AGM will be hosted online with meeting provider, AGMConvene, a secure platform where you can find everything you need for the meeting in one place.

Once you register with AGMConvene, from Thursday 20 October 2022 you will be able to:

Securely view the Notice of AGM, and the proposed changes to the Constitution

Nominate a proxy online if you can’t attend on the day (must be submitted by 4pm Tuesday 8 November)

Submit questions in advance (must be submitted by 4pm Tuesday 8 November)

On the day of the AGM, you will be able to:

Watch the live AGM webcast

Submit live votes (Fellows only)

ConveneAGM user guides

Alternate access

If you are a Fellow who does not wish to use the AGMConvene platform, or you cannot attend the live AGM and vote, there is an alternate way to access the documents and nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf (only a Fellow may be appointed as your proxy).

Log into your Integrate profile to view the Notice of AGM, the proposed changes to the Constitution, and download a proxy voting form; you will find the documents under the Resources tab.

If you are using the PDF proxy voting form (rather than appointing a proxy online with AGMConvene), please email your completed form to the Secretary at board@ranzcog.edu.au by 4pm Tuesday 8 November.
