This page provides information for Fellows and members about their membership fees.


Annual Membership Fees
 

Membership Fees 1 July 2019 – 30 June 2020

Australia subscriptions are in A$ and are subject to Australian GST (currently 10%) or New Zealand GST (curently 15%) unless otherwise indicated below. Annual subscription fees must be paid by 1 July each year.

Pro-rata Fees

Recently elevated Fellows, Diplomates and Certificants will pay their annual renewal fees on a pro-rata basis in the first year.
The pro-rata fee is calculated to cover membership period from the elevation date to the remainder of the financial year. A full Annual Renewal fee will be charged from the next financial year.
 

Fee Reductions

The College Reduction in Subscription Fees Policy and Procedure outlines the processes relating to requests for a reduction in annual Membership fees on the basis of parental leave, ill-health, overseas volunteer work, recognition as a Semi-Retired Fellow, and participation by overseas Fellows in a RANZCOG-approved CPD program.

Australia training fees are in A$ and are not subject to Australian GST. Annual training fees must be paid by 31 January each year.

The College seeks to provide appropriate support to its trainees, SIMG applicants and members while also affording natural justice / procedural fairness in circumstances where an individual is dissatisfied with a College decision.  As such, there are a range of mechanisms available to individuals seeking to address a decision with which they are dissatisfied. Specifically:
  • Request for reasons;
  • Reconsideration;
  • Review; and
  • Formal Appeal.
